Measurement data acquisition software for EH SENSORPAK
SENSORPAK is a measurement data acquisition software for EH. SENSORPAK facilitates loading measurement data onto a personal computer from a linear gage counter with RS-232C output (EH), or from a Litematic display (VL). To facilitate mass inspection efficiently at high speed, SENSORPAK can simultaneously process 20 channels of data. Measurement data can undergo arithmetical calculation and maxiton width calculation and results can be exported into MS-Excel format for reporting and data processing.

EH Counter (Panel mount, Multi-function Type with RS-232C Communication Functions)
EH Counter is a multi-function type with RS-232C communication functions for data transfer to a personal computer. It has 1-axis display, and 2-axis independent display type or 2-axis type that can display sum/difference calculation results. EH counter employs the DIN size (144 x 72 mm) and mount-on-panel configuration, which greatly facilitates incorporation into a system.
EJ-102N Counter (Compact Type)
EJ-102N Counter is a small, high speed and space saving counter for linear gage suitable for in-lin and in-laboratory use. Data are reflected visually to improve productivity and to enable digital data transmission and accumulation. Data can be output through an industrial interface (CC-Link) by linking a compact counter (EJ counter) with an interfact unit. Constant data monitoring and positional management are performed. A USB interface is also provided for easy connection with a computer.
To support mass inspection, up to 8 compact counters (EJ counters) can be linked providing the capacity to connect up to 16 gages. Readings from gages connected to the same counter can also automatically calculate the difference between both readings.

All models have the origin point signal output function to restore the origin point position after recovery from problems such as overspeed.

LGH is a series of gage heads that has achieved very high accuracy combined with a resolution of 0.01/0.005µm (according to model), which is practically equivalent to that of a laser interferometer, and a wide measuring range of 10 mm. For delicate workpieces or parts, there is also a low measuring force model available.
